How it works

  1. Choose what to analyse. Select a product or category in Customer Purchase Reports.
  2. Set the period. Choose the last 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, or specify your own dates.
  3. Review purchasers. View unique customers and their matching purchase activity.
  4. Export results. Download a CSV file for further analysis.

Built for WooCommerce store owners

Designed for retailers, wholesalers, schools suppliers, B2B stores and agencies that need customer-level product reporting. Reports stay within the WordPress admin area and are restricted to authorised store managers.

The plugin is being developed with WooCommerce HPOS compatibility and integration with the Sherpa Tools dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

Can I report on a complete product category?

Yes. Category filtering is part of the planned reporting workflow, alongside individual product selection.

Will repeat customers appear more than once?

The unique-customer view groups matching purchases together so you can see one row per identified purchaser.

Can I export customer details?

CSV export is included in the development builds, allowing results to be opened in Excel.

Does it work with guest orders?

Guest orders can be included using the customer information saved at checkout.

Is it available on WordPress.org yet?

Not yet. The plugin is being prepared and tested before submission.
